qns : aren't libraries s'posed to be a place where ppl study and read books? then why are there stupid kids hanging in the library making noise and doing stoopid stuff ?

are ppl who are typical and young and immature ADULTS!!!!!


so for now on ppl dun go studying at wlds lib cos evryday of the year there are stupid kids there and trust me u can never study in peace anywhere at the wlds lib.
