ever present changes: first makeup haul of the year. :)

been m.i.a lately cos i don't feel so much like blogging about my life anymore. kinda boring. maybe when there are special occasions then I'll blog.

well i better not start typing nonsense. the whole idea of this post is to post photos and reviews. it's my first time doing all this swatching and reviews so please bear with me. :)

i went for this makeup event at Bobbi Brown@isetanscotts yesterday and i like the end results.

eye corrector and concealer; warm natural and pale yellow.

this is from their skin care line. i bought this cos i love the way it works, its water based and is easily absorbed by the skin. its also great for before makeup application to moisturise the skin.

the liquid foundation, i thought it would be slightly more viscous in consistency but turns out it flows like water. i have to give this a try a few times before i can make a better judgement.

on my skin, i liked how it disappears but leaves a slight tint

made a quick stop by the Benefit counter at Tangs 'cos i could not resist getting my hands on the Hoola Bronzer I've wanted for so long. will be making another trip there to cop me the Hervana blush and try their new foundation formula, Hello Flawless.

leaves a shadowy effect on my arm, like how its meant to be seen on the skin.

last but not least, our Naked 2 has arrived home :D. the only downside is that the colours are somewhat similar as most of the beauty gurus in their reviews have said but that doesn't mean i don't like the colours. will definitely use it in the future. :)
